Cleaning Tips

1
SOAPY WATER

To keep your quartz stone surfaces in excellent condition, we recommend regular cleaning using warm soapy water or a mild, neutral detergent applied with a soft cloth or sponge. Rinse thoroughly with clean water and finish by drying and polishing the surface with a soft cloth.

2
PROTECT YOUR SURFACES FROM HEAT AND STAINS

Strongly pigmented foods such as turmeric, beetroot, and berries can leave stains on stone surfaces if not cleaned promptly. In addition, acidic foods and drinks may cause surface etching, which can result in permanent damage.

To protect your stone worktops, always use pan stands and trivets when placing hot or heavy cookware on the surface. Direct contact with hot, rough, or sharp utensils may lead to scratches or staining.

For more stubborn marks, apply a small amount of CIF to the affected area, gently clean with water, and dry thoroughly.

3
DO NOT USE BLEACH

Harsh cleaning products such as bleach, chlorine-based solutions, acids, alkalis, and concentrated disinfectants can severely damage stone surfaces. These products should never be used on your worktops.

If any of these substances accidentally come into contact with the stone, they should be removed immediately using clean water and a soft cloth. Failure to do so may result in permanent surface damage or discolouration.

4
ALWAYS USE A CHOPPING BOARD
Always use cutting boards to chop and slice food upon. Never cut directly onto the stone surfaces. Although quartz is a scratch resistant material, it is not scratch proof.
